Barnhaus 103 is the single-level home in the collection: 2,950 SF of heated space on one floor, with a 998 SF three-car garage wing under a flat roof and 891 SF of terraces. There are no stairs anywhere. It's the plan we recommend for anyone thinking twenty years ahead.
The roof is the idea. An asymmetric standing-seam roof climbs from 12 feet at the bedroom wing to a 23-foot ridge over the kitchen and formal living room, with a full-height glass wall at the peak and a wall of sliding doors to the 548 SF main terrace. The 549 SF kitchen, the largest in the collection, sits at the center of the house.
The bedroom wing holds a 341 SF primary suite with a 133 SF bath and a 101 SF walk-in closet, two bedrooms with their own baths, and a guest room by the entry with a bath and closet. Laundry, pantry, utility, and a mudroom off the garage take care of the rest. The house number stands in raised steel numerals beside the front door.
Every dimension on this page comes from the home's digital twin, the complete 3D model from which the steel is manufactured. What you're reading is not a rendering of an idea. It's the description of a fully engineered building.
