Nordic Cabin 202 takes the 201 plan and adds ten feet of depth, enough for a second bedroom and a second bath. At 1,016 SF on two levels it is a complete two-bedroom home: a lake house, a retirement cottage, a rental that sleeps a family, or the guest house that in-laws actually want to stay in.
On the ground floor, a 495 SF kitchen and living room with a fireplace and TV wall sits behind the glass gable and the covered terrace. A 185 SF guest room with its own closet and a full bath with shower, toilet, and vanity take the back of the plan, next to a utility room that houses the HVAC system and water heater. A washer and dryer are built into the kitchen run. Upstairs, the 205 SF primary bedroom has a closet and a second full bath with shower, toilet, and vanity, and looks down into the living room.
Two bedrooms, two baths. The walls are 4-inch insulated sandwich panels on a cold-formed steel frame, with an insulated panel roof. Like the 201, it ships flat-packed to any site in the US or Canada.
Every dimension on this page comes from the home's digital twin, the complete 3D model from which the steel is manufactured. What you're reading is not a rendering of an idea. It's the description of a fully engineered building.
