Nordic Cabin 202L is the 202 with its upper level built out. Same 18'-5" × 42'-7" footprint, same ground floor, but where the 202 keeps a single loft bedroom and leaves the rest open, the 202L adds a 172 SF loft space beside the primary suite. That brings the cabin to 1,206 SF of heated area on two levels.
The ground floor is the 202 plan: a 477 SF kitchen and living room with a fireplace and TV wall behind the glass gable and the covered terrace, a 185 SF guest room with a walk-in closet, a full bath with shower, toilet, and vanity, and a utility room that houses the HVAC system and water heater, with a washer and dryer built into the kitchen run. Upstairs, the 206 SF primary bedroom has a closet and its own full bath with shower, toilet, and vanity, and the new loft space opens over the living room through a railing. It works as a studio, a second living room, a home office, or a bunk room for a rental that sleeps six.
Two bedrooms plus the loft, two baths. The walls are 4-inch insulated sandwich panels on a cold-formed steel frame, with an insulated panel roof, and the cabin ships flat-packed to any site in the US or Canada.
Every dimension on this page comes from the home's digital twin, the complete 3D model from which the steel is manufactured. What you're reading is not a rendering of an idea. It's the description of a fully engineered building.
